this is bs. i got my mifi 4glte @thanksgivinghad no issues until abt 2 wks later. since then nothing n=but problems. they sent me a whole new unit & a sim card, which was a fiasco in its self.

I have tried. Factory reset on the reciever which is a Denon AVR-X2100W. Reset my router. Reinstalling Spotify app. Checked my firewall. Looked at my hostfile . I understand it is slow (wish FIOS was offered in my area), but the constant disconnecting is an issue. Here is my question: we have one phone connected to the line. I was doing some testing today thinking it was one our jacks, specifically the jack used for the internet. All of a sudden, my Roku TV is constantly disconnecting from the internet. As soon as I reconnect, and restart Hulu or Netflix, it plays for 3 minutes and disconnects again. Is this a Roku problem or a cable/internet Co. problem? Thanks!
